Budakaltı Restaurant&Café Bar is came into customers’ service in 1996 by Derer Family who transfered one of the 14th May cooperative houses which was built in 1950s in Ankara, to restaurant.

The most special flavours from world cuisine, are being served with Budakaltı care and privilege.

BUDAKALTI is located in the city center but entertains customers in a duplex villa far away from city’s caos and nois. Budakaltı’s most distinctive features are stone walls, peaceful and warm ambience, transparent luminous place connecting to a wonderful garden.

BUDAKALTI also serves an ideal place to it’s customers for dining organisations and invitations. With it’s 80 person capacity roof and diligently prepared menu it meets the important  requirements of citizens of Ankara. Spending Sunday mornings in a pleasurable brunch at Budakaltı is one of the indispensable customs of citizens of Ankara.

BUDAKALTI, gives service seven days, between 09:30-24:00.

I served as sous chef in 1997, the year Budakaltı Restaurant opened, I became galley chef in Budakaltı Beymen Terrace Restaurant which is opened on April 2000. For three years I tried to serve distinguished meals from world and mediterranean cuisines...
Currently I am working as Executive Chef of Budakaltı Restaurants. I’m member of Capital City Cooks and Tourism Cooperation Associaion and Chaine des Rotisseurs .
